Aureate Roast

Aureate Roast (焙煎麥茶) is a refined expression of roasted barley tea, crafted for clarity, balance, and quiet depth. Made from whole organic barley, it is gently roasted in small batches using a method inspired by Kyoto traditions.

The infusion is light golden and clear, with subtle notes of toasted grain and soft nuttiness. Clean and smooth on the palate, it finishes with a gentle, lingering sweetness that feels grounded and calm.
