Clouds & Mist Green, also known as Yunwu Green (雲霧綠茶), takes its name from misty mountain environments where humidity and altitude support steady, measured growth.

Often regarded as an everyday tea, Yunwu Green need not compromise on quality. That standard begins in the field: excessive fertilisation may increase yield but weakens flavour, so we avoid the trade-off. Cultivar selection is deliberate, as different varieties can tilt too strong, too thin, or overly tannic. Processing requires equal discipline. Even machine roasting demands precision—poor control leads to burnt or uneven leaves. With careful management at each stage, the result is a smooth cup with a gentle floral undertone and a warm cereal aroma reminiscent of baked grain.
