Dong Ding Oolong

Dong Ding Oolong (凍頂烏龍) is crafted in a Taiwanese style using tightly rolled, dark green leaves grown at higher altitude in Quanzhou. This distinct origin encourages slower growth, shaping the cup with orange jasmine, finished with a pineapple sweetness that is rarely found in oolong.
