How to Brew

2 tsp (4g) · 400ml · 85-90°C · 2 min or to taste

Artisan Brew

Glass Teapot (avoid ceramic) · 92°C (increase after 3rd brew) · 5g per 200ml
Steep 30s, 20s, 20s, 20s, 20s, 30s, then add 10s for following brew, up to 12 brews. Enjoy separately, or combine for a rounded flavour.
