Tie Guan Yin (清香鐵觀音), Floral Style is our interpretation of the greener expression of this classic oolong, distinct from the charcoal style. While spring harvests are prized for body and texture, we choose the autumn harvest for its heightened aromatic clarity.
An ultra-light roast is applied to preserve its orchid character, supported by faint notes of hay and bamboo. The cup is mild and delicate, best enjoyed with quiet attention. Brewing at higher temperature, around 95°C, in Yixing clay is recommended to fully draw out its floral profile.
